How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made by telephone (+592 265-7001/4), via online channels such as Booking.com and Expedia.com or by email (reservations@ramadageorgetown.com) request to our company.

At what time is check-in?

Our hotel rooms are available from 3pm; however an early check in upon request may be granted however, this is based on availability. Early check-in between the hours of 6am to 12 noon will have 50% of the nightly rate applied.

At what time is check-out?

Check-out is at 12pm.  We do offer late check outs with the following rates applied:

  • 12:00pm – 6:00pm – 50% of the nightly rate will be applied
  • After 6:00pm the full night’s rate will be applied.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Yes and special arrangements can be put in place upon request for groups.

What period is room service available?

Room service is available 24hrs.

Do you have a restaurant?

Yes, we offer two restaurants; 24 HR Poolside Restaurant and our Fine Dining Royal Restaurant & Teppanyaki which opens from 5:00pm – 11:00pm daily.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes, complimentary breakfast is included in all room rates.

What types of credit cards do you accept?

We are accepting VISA and MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

Do you offer same day laundry service?

Yes

Do you offer conference facilities?

Yes, you may contact our Sales & Marketing Department via our contact page.

What is your cancellation policy on reservations?

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

Does the hotel accept pets?

We have a strict no pet policy.

How will my details be used?

We process the personal information which you provide us via this website and collect information about the transactions you undertake including details of payment cards used (strictly confidential). This is for the purposes of dealing with your bookings and requests, tailoring our services to your requirements, providing you information about products and services we offer and to improve our services. Do you have smoking rooms?

Ramada Georgetown offers a smoke free zone for all room types. Smoking is not permitted in any of the guest bedrooms. There is a US$100 charge for guests who smoke in rooms to cover the cost of restoring the room to a smoke-free condition. An outdoor smoking area (balcony) is provided for most rooms.

Does the hotel have internet access?

All bedrooms are equipped with complimentary high-speed internet access and Free WiFi is available in public areas.

Do your bathrooms have bath or shower?

All bathrooms are en suite with power showers with Hot and Cold Water supplied.

How far are you away from Cheddi Jagan International Airport?

We are approximately a 35 minute drive from this airport.

How far are you away from the Ogle International Airport?

We are approximately a 25 minute drive from this airport.

Do you offer shuttle Services?

No, we do not offer shuttle services but this can be arranged at a cost if requested.

Do you have a SPA?

Yes we have an Spa on site opening from 10AM – 5:00pm daily.

What forms of identification do you accept?

We accept your Passport, Drivers’ License or National Identification Card.

Do you require a deposit for incidentals?

Yes, we require a minimum deposit of US$100 per room for incidentals. All unused credit will be refunded to the guest at time of departure (same method as deposit: cash or credit card. All credit card refunds will take 3-4 working days to be processed).

What is the size of your standard room?

Our standard room covers 36 square meters.
